Standard Shipping: $7

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the applicable shipping rules for your order.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Frankie Willow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to Frankie Willow because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
